The wood was hand wood turned into a prism.
Turned American Oak makes lovely patterns with the cross hatching which is caused by the growth rings intersecting with the medullary rays that radiates out from the centre of the tree.

These pendants are made using real wood and finished with an all-natural oil sealer. Exposure to detergents, water and body products will eventually break down the finish and will expose the raw wood and will lead to premature ageing.
