When will my order get posted?
We dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once posted. More shipping info is here.

What are the shipping charges?

*Australia: we have a flat $7 shipping charge for standard delivery with tracking Australia wide and express postage for $12. Free standard shipping for orders over $75 within Australia.

*New Zealand $13.50 (purchases over $150 free postage)

*United States $18.50 (purchases over $200 free postage)

*Canada $22.50 (purchases over $250 free postage)

I live in the Dandenong Ranges, can I pick up my order?
Yes, of course! Simply select local pick-up as your postage option at checkout and get in touch to organise a pick-up date & time.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship Australia-wide, New Zealand, Canada & United States. If you would like to receive an order in another country, please email us and we can quote you.

Are your products suitable for people with sensitive ears?
Yes, they are! We only use Hypo-allergenic Surgical Steel posts and backings. We’ve chosen high quality medical grade stainless steel as the materials are stronger and more durable for daily use and are hypo-allergenic which is great for the people with sensitive skin. However, if you prefer silver or gold please email us and we can quote you.

How do I work out my Ring Size?

Try measuring a ring you already own and use this ring guide here - we use the British / Australian Sizing. Alternatively, you could visit a local jewellery store and have your ring size measured professionally.

How do I work out my Bangle Size?

1. Take an A4 piece of paper and cut a 35mm strip off the long side.
2. Wrap the strip snuggly (not too tight) around your wrist and mark or bend the paper where they meet.
3. Lay the paper flat and measure in mm this is your wrist size.

Please order size of actual bracelet required. We find 10mm- 20mm bigger than wrist size is a good fit, depending on how loose you'd like it.

**Bentwood Bangles are not adjustable**
