WHAT can be returned?
If you received the wrong product or you received a damaged product please let us know and we’ll arrange the return. Unfortunately, we don’t accept any change of mind returns.
Please read the description carefully, check the sizing (and weight of earrings) and contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
Of course we do want you to absolutely love your ZAHEcreations purchase, so if you're really not happy just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we'll see what we can work out. However returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Unfortunately, we can never refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
Christmas presents bought during December will have an extended return period until the end of January.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving.

Please contact us prior to sending any item back and we’ll supply the address and the procedure to return it.
