Express postage - $12 with tracking (Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee)
Pick up - from Dandenong Ranges only – Free
International Postage:
New Zealand $13.50 (purchases over $150 free postage)
United States $18.50 (purchases over $200 free postage)
Canada $22.50 (purchases over $250 free postage)
Shipping & handling
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days (orders placed after 5pm, will be counted in the next business days list of orders. If you order at 8pm Monday it will be counted as a Tuesday order).
This is subject to purchases which fall on public holidays, weekends or festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter etc.
What are you delivery time frames?
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following timeframes:
- Within Australia: within 10 business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped.
- Overseas: within 30 business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped (most of the times it should be within 10-20 business days)
However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, during peak times such as Christmas). If you have not received your Items within our suggested timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Delivery of your order may also be delayed if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.
International buyers:
We are now trialling international flat rate shipping. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Buyer is responsible for any/all tariffs, duties and taxes which may be incurred. For customs purposes, all items purchased will be marked as merchandise along with the value you paid for the item. Please note that we cannot understate the value of the goods shipped as this will understate the insurance value which can potentially leave us out of pocket in the event an insurance claim is required for lost or damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide, Canada, New Zealand & United States. If you would like to receive an order in another country, please email us and we can quote you.
My delivery hasn’t arrived yet?
Our items are delivered by Australia Post and it depends on which delivery method you have selected and location of your delivery address. If you still have not received your delivery after 10 business days within Australia or 30 business days worldwide, please contact us by email and we will be able to assist you. We want our customers to buy from ZAHEcreations with confidence and in the knowledge that we am here to help and will make it right for you if something goes wrong.
