Hickory Wooden Bentwood Ring, Size R 1/2 x 15mm wide

Bentwood is an old method of soaking or steaming very thin strips of wood, and tightly bending them around a shape. After the strips are dried, we apply a strong food grade glue between the layers. The ring is then sanded to shape and finished by applying three coats of Livos Kunos Natural Oil and then the last coat is beeswax which leaves a matt finish.
** Care **
This ring is made using real wood and finished with an all-natural oil sealer. Exposure to detergents, water and body products will eventually break down the finish and will expose the raw wood and will lead to premature ageing.
