This beautiful wooden pendant / necklace is handmade out of Australian Red Gum (Eucalyptus), a native tree to Australia.
The pendant was hand wood turned into a prism.
Extra special is that it was made out of fiddleback, fiddleback wood is anything but an average pattern, a feature in which the growth of the wood fibers is distorted in an undulating pattern, producing wavy lines known as flames.
Red Gum has a warm, reddish-orange tone.
One piece of fiddleback wood will never be identical to another, that's why they are all naturally unique!

These pendants are made using real wood and finished with an all-natural oil sealer. Exposure to detergents, water and body products will eventually break down the finish and will expose the raw wood and will lead to premature ageing.
